This is a picture of mummers parading through the streets of St. John's. A very colorful and popular event during Christmas season. People in Newfoundland Labrador dressed up in disguises and making noises with all kinds of home made instruments. The crowd swells with more joining in as it parades along the assigned route within the city every year. The Mummers parade has been ongoing as an official city event for almost 10 years now and getting bigger every time. (except during Covid times)
