This photo was captured on October of 2014 just above the salmon ladder near Bishop's Falls Newfoundland. It gives us a different perspective of my hometown and the Exploits River, the changes in geography over time, the mighty exploits river so peaceful that evening it created a mirror image, nature's palette.
In the background you can see the former railway trestle, now a boardwalk. Spanning 927 feet across the Exploits River, it is the longest trestle in Newfoundland, even longer than the Titanic! Built in 1901.
