Working Hands - Making Bread

Inspired by the tremendous work ethic very evident in Newfoundland and Labrador. I find a person's energy, stamina, experience and creativity to be very visible in their hands. My Nana made the very best homemade bread ever. I was fascinated with how she cracked the eggs up to see the yoke first, darker the yoke, better the bread.
